Shipping and Handling
1) We will ship the item within 1~2 business days after payment is cleared. Please do not email us for tracking #. We will email the tracking # to you as we print your shipping. This is usually within 1 business day.

2) Buyer assumes responsibilities for any additional re-shipping cost associated with giving an incorrect shipping address.

3) Shipping time to a US address takes 7-14 working days. We will email you a tracking number as soon as print the shipping label. There is no tracking number for international air letter, air parcel and global priority mail.

4)For international PO Box, Please note your telephone on PayPal payment.

Return Policy
1) We cannot accept returns for any reason after 1 month from the date of sale.

2) Buyer must pay Return shipping charges UNDER ALL Circumstances, Even If the item is defective. Seller will promptly ship the new one at NO Charge.

3) We do not provide any refunds at all. In Extremely rare case, If we do decide to provide refund, there will be 20% Restocking fees and the refund will be store credit only Please do not buy If you do not Agree. We will rather not make a sale, than having problems later on. Some Items are sold AS IS in which case we will clearly state it in Item is description. Shipping & Handling Charges are not refundable.

4) Short-shipments, DOA (Dead on Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.

5) Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

6) Lights which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not be covered by GCS Store.
